Make yourself comfortable and inhale breathing the scent in deeply through your nose and out your mouth. Breath slowly, inhaling and exhaling on the count of four. Keep the idea of what the scent is supposed to represent firmly in your mind - visualise in pictures, visualie love, visualize yourself being happy, successful etc. You can do this however often you wish, remember that the more you do this, the effectiveness increases
